At eTeam, our mission is to provide coaching and consulting services for managers, teams and individuals individuals as organizations re-invent their working practices. Whether virtual-first, hybrid, in-office, the "where" of work truly does not matter. In our modern world, all teams function in a distributed manner. Now more than ever, we need working practices designed for distributed teams.
While the Pandemic forced overnight changes, now is the time to examine what's working, what's not, and build the intentional workplace operating models. Now is the time to support managers and teams to retain the best talent and drive sustainable growth.
Our Team
eTeam Founder, Suzanne Smith, brings over 16 years experience in Technology as an executive, people leader, operator, change agent and consultant. She helped pioneer and design Customer Success, before it was an established function. She has led Success, Services Customer Support, Program Management and Training for Enterprise, Small Businesses and Tech Startups.
She's passionate about empowering people to do their best work through coaching and designing thoughtful work operating models that activate individuals and teams.
She's seen first hand that both the most successful people and companies, evolve and adapt continuously, seek help, run experiments and empower their people. The byproduct is an incredible culture and headline level results.
Our Approach
